A mum brings her toddler about his neck glands. ‘I keep being told it’s viral, but they’ve been there for weeks.' He has mobile, non-tender glands both sides of his neck. Each is less than 1cm, with normal overlying skin. He has no fever or symptoms and is generally well. What's the diagnosis?
